Motakis Village consists of 3 blocks, of one or three buildings each with a maximum height of two stories. It is evenly spread out over an area of 17,000sq.m. starting from the sandy beach, where its frontal area is 75m wide, and extending to 25m from the main road of Rethymno.

This cluster type of architecture forms many rest and play areas for the guests and especially the children who can play freely and safely away from public traffic and noise. The buildings are set in very dense and colourful flowers gardens.
It is off the main road, enclosed entirely by privately owned property, away from the traffic, making it safe and thus ideal for younger children and very quiet for the older folk.
